The Retooled Community Support Program (RCSP) continues to serve as a platform for strengthening governance and promoting responsive public service delivery across Central Luzon. Through the collective efforts of local government units (LGUs), national government agencies, and community stakeholders, a total of 301 barangays from the provinces of Aurora, Bataan, Bulacan, Nueva Ecija, Pampanga, Tarlac, and Zambales successfully participated in the program, marking another significant milestone in the region’s pursuit of inclusive and sustainable development.

With the active participation of LGUs, the program enabled participating barangays to identify existing gaps, priority concerns, and development needs within their communities. Through the orientation, local officials were equipped with the knowledge and tools necessary to assess community conditions and recognize areas that require attention and intervention. The insights gathered from this process serve as valuable inputs for evidence-based planning, helping LGUs develop targeted programs, projects, and strategies that support sustainable and progressive community development.

As the program moves to its next phase, DILG Region III will continue to provide guidance, monitoring, and technical support through the conduct of Ugnayan sa Barangay, the crafting of Enhanced Barangay Development Plans (EBDPs), and the implementation of Serbisyo Caravans. These initiatives aim to ensure that identified community needs are translated into responsive programs and meaningful development outcomes across Central Luzon.
