The Multi-Stakeholder Advisory Council (MSAC) and Regional Council for Good Local Governance (RCGLG) of Central Luzon have successfully convened on June 22, 2026, in the City of San Fernando, Pampanga, bringing together their members from various regional line agencies, academes, civil society organizations, and development partners to strengthen collaboration in advancing exemplary local governance across the region.
A key highlight of the activity was the Ceremonial Signing of the Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) with the first batch of MSAC members, formally institutionalizing multi-sectoral partnerships in support of transparent, accountable, and participatory governance.
The activity also marked the third year of the Regional Institutional Development Support (RIDS) Framework, culminating in the development of a Strategic Roadmap that will guide data-driven and targeted capacity development interventions to strengthen local governance and sustain excellence under the Seal of Good Local Governance (SGLG).
DILG Central Luzon remains committed to sustaining collaborative initiatives, through the MSAC and RCGLG, recognizing that strong partnerships are essential to achieving responsive, innovative, and accountable local governance.
