DILG Region III successfully conducted its Management Review for F.Y. 2025 on April 13, 2026 at the DILG Region III Conference Room, reaffirming its commitment to quality service delivery and continuous improvement.
Based on the comprehensive evaluation of reports, performance metrics, and operational outcomes, it is concluded that the DILG R3 Quality Management System (QMS) remains effective, relevant, and suitable to the organization’s mandate. Furthermore, the QMS remains well-aligned with the Department's strategic goals and directions.
The review highlighted the sustained implementation of quality standards, responsiveness to stakeholder needs, and the adaptability of systems and processes in addressing emerging challenges. It also underscored the active participation of offices and personnel in ensuring that quality objectives are met and continually enhanced.
In her message, RD Araceli A. San Jose, CESO III emphasized that continuous improvement must be embraced not only as a goal but as a mindset and discipline that every personnel should carry through in their work. She further stressed the importance of taking full responsibility for all issued Corrective Action Reports (CARs) and Opportunities for Improvement (OFIs) and ensuring they are addressed using the Plan-Do-Check-Act (PDCA) cycle.
She also underscored the need to focus on the quality of actions, reminding everyone that DILG R3 operates as one organization, embodying the shared values of being matino, mahusay, and maaasahan in delivering public service.
Moving forward, DILG Region III remains committed to further enhancing its Quality Management System through innovation, capacity building, and strict adherence to quality standards, ensuring that public service delivery is efficient, transparent, and responsive to the needs of citizens.
